Our Student Council recently enjoyed a truly memorable experience as they were given the privilege of visiting our new school siteduring its early stages of development. This special visit marked a meaningful moment in the school’s history and an exciting glimpse into the future.

A Unique Opportunity to Be Part of History

During the visit, pupils were invited to sign the wall — a lasting memento that captures the names of the children who are here at the very beginning of this exciting journey. Long after the decorating is complete, their signatures will remain hidden within the fabric of the building, serving as a powerful reminder that “we were here.”

This was a rare and special opportunity for our pupils to feel a sense of ownership and connection to the new school environment.

Making a Lasting Impression

The experience allowed children to reflect on their role within the school community and understand the importance of being part of something bigger than themselves. Knowing that their mark will remain for years to come made the moment even more meaningful and inspiring.

It was a proud and joyful occasion that celebrated teamwork, responsibility and belonging.

A Heartfelt Thank You

We would like to extend a huge thank you to Nigel, Melissa and Andy for making this unforgettable experience possible. Their support ensured our pupils could take part in a moment that will be remembered fondly for years to come.

At St Paul’s Catholic Primary School in Billingham, we are incredibly proud of our Student Council and excited to see our new school site become a place where future generations will learn, grow and thrive.
