There’s a real buzz around St Paul’s Catholic Primary School in Billingham as our brand‑new school building continues to take shape!
We were delighted to welcome Andy, the Site Manager, and Melissa, the Social Value Co‑ordinator from Bowmer and Kirkland, who visited school to share an update on the latest construction progress. They explained how their team keeps everyone safe on site, the wide range of specialist roles involved in the build, and the impressive machinery working hard behind the scenes to bring our future school to life.
Last week, a major milestone was reached - the foundations were filled with concrete to form the new floor. This week, pupils have spotted new viewing points cut into the barriers, giving everyone a brilliant opportunity to watch each stage unfold.
The excitement is growing day by day. With each update, the building feels more real, more within reach, and more a part of our future.
Stay tuned… more exciting construction news is coming very soon!
